Kirk takes on a small number of freelance projects at a time, so each one gets full attention from start to handover.

  1. No. 01

    Web apps and internal tools

Dashboards, trackers, admin panels and the small apps a team actually uses every day. Built to be maintained, not just shipped.

  2. No. 02

    Self-hosted infrastructure

Containers, single sign-on, reverse proxies and backups that are tested by restoring them. Your own servers, set up so they keep running.

  3. No. 03

    Data tooling

Importers, cleanup scripts and pipelines that turn messy exports into something you can query and trust.

  4. No. 04

    Small business websites

Fast static sites with the pages a payment processor or a customer expects to find, hosted so they stay up.

How it works

  1. Talk it through. Email what you are trying to do. You get a reply with questions, or a plain no if it is not a good fit.
  2. Get a quote. A short written scope: what will be built, what it costs, and when.
  3. Build in the open. Regular check-ins with working pieces you can try, not a big reveal at the end.
  4. Hand over. Code, documentation and access are yours. Ongoing support is available if you want it.

Rates

Every project is quoted up front, as a fixed price or an hourly estimate with a cap, after a short conversation about what you need. No surprise invoices.
