- Evening and weekend visits are the normal rate.
- Weekday daytime visits are by arrangement, in an early morning or mid-afternoon slot, at 1.5 times the hourly rate with a two hour minimum.
- Urgent same-day requests are 1.5 times the hourly rate. The two premiums do not stack.
- Parts and equipment are billed at cost, or you can buy them yourself and I will set them up.
- You always get an estimate before work starts, and an itemized invoice after.
Where and when
On-site anywhere in Fairfield County, and further afield across the tri-state area of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
Travel is free within 15 miles of Westport. Further than that, I am glad to come, and travel is charged at a rate agreed before the visit. Remote help works anywhere in the United States.
When: Weekday evenings from 4:30 pm, and weekends. For businesses that means work happens outside office hours, so your team is not interrupted. Weekday daytime visits, early morning or mid-afternoon, are available by arrangement.
What I do not do
No cybersecurity services: no security audits, penetration testing, compliance work or breach response. Everything I set up gets sensible protection, like updates, strong passwords and working backups, but if you need a security firm, I will point you to one.
